Enough

I rock her back and forth

Her little body hugging me
Already so much bigger than before
Can I describe the feeling?
A million thoughts of happiness
Love so real it’s more than just in my heart
It is who I am

I wonder….
How could I be entrusted with someone so perfectly wonderful...
Can I be what she needs?
How can I be good enough for her?
This scares me more than I thought I could be scared

Then I remember
I have someone who has that same love for me
Someone who loves me enough
To make up for all I lack
My Savior makes it so I can be what she deserves

So, Tomorrow as I rock her back and forth
I’ll try not to tarnish that beautiful, perfect moment with doubt.
I will remember
I can be enough
